While the badly dubbed cassettes he listened to as a child in the 90s have long been disowned, the turning point for Jason was at 17yo buying "the Bends" at the turn of the century. He disbanded the mostly-wrong Everclear guitar tab site he'd been running in high school and has has been rifling through eBay CD liquidations to retrospectively backfill his 90s catalogue ever since. He'll be forever grateful for Triple J radio throughout the era keeping his ears open in those formative years and giving him points of reference to launch from the singles he'd grown up with to the albums he'd grow to appreciate in hindsight.
