54-40 - Live at El Mocambo
Canadian rock band 54-40 has announced the release of their live album titled "Live at El Mocambo," which was recorded at Toronto's iconic El Mocambo club. The album captures a performance from September 18, 2020. The vinyl edition of the album is being released through El Mocambo Entertainment. Additionally, fans who pre-order a limited edition vinyl package will receive the album on colored wax, a CD with a bonus track, a tote bag, and an opportunity for a meet and greet with the band.
Guns N' Roses - Perhaps (Single)
Guns N' Roses officially released "Perhaps," a previously shelved track from the "Chinese Democracy" era. The song's debut was unexpectedly pre-empted when it was leaked on TouchTunes machines in various venues, despite an initial release date set for August 11. This track is particularly noteworthy as it represents the first collective composition and recording by Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan in 30 years, harking back to their 1993 album "The Spaghetti Incident?" While a rough version of "Perhaps" had been available online for a while, anticipation surged after fans heard it during a soundcheck for a Tel Aviv concert earlier this year.
Atreyu - The Moment You Find Your Flame EP
Atreyu's latest, 'The Moment You Find Your Flame', stands out as a reflection of the universal human experience, delving deep into themes of self-worth, internal battles, and self-doubt. Produced by long-time collaborator John Feldman, the EP touches on the struggle of recognizing one's self-worth. This four-track collection is a continuation of Atreyu's EP series, following their previous release 'The Hope of a Spark'. Frontman Brandon Saller describes the album as a journey from an "absolute low", akin to hitting rock bottom, suggesting that it resonates with the challenges and emotions that many individuals face in their lives.
Sonic Youth - Live in Brooklyn 2011
Sonic Youth's album "Live in Brooklyn 2011" captures a significant moment in the band's history. The N.Y.C. noise-rockers performed what they didn't know would be their last U.S. gig on August 12, 2011, on an outdoor stage overlooking the East River at the Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn. This setting provided a fitting backdrop, offering a panoramic view of New York City, the place where their journey began three decades earlier. The performance was nothing short of electric, with the band delivering a 17-song set that spanned their entire career. From deep cuts off their first studio album to highlights from their latest releases, it was evident that they played with a passion and intensity as if they had everything to prove. Drummer Steve Shelley described the setlist as a culmination of special outdoor summertime shows in New York City, reminiscing about their performances from as early as 1992.

T-Ride - T-Ride
The 1992 self-titled album by T-Ride is a wild alternative rock ride with virtuoso guitar licks, layered vocals, and electro pop rhythms
Ever wonder what it would sound like if Terry Lewis and Jimmy Jam, famous for producing the likes of Janet Jackson and Boyz II Men, got behind the board of a three-piece rock band? And what if that band drew influence from bands like Queen, Van Halen, and Faith No More? You might end up with the 1992 self-titled (and lone) album from T-Ride, a record that sounds simultaneously of the time and completely out of place during the grunge explosion. Though tagged as "heavy metal," even a cursory listen informs the listener that there is much more going on, from the deranged power-pop of "Luxury Cruiser" to the industrial dance of "Hit Squad." At just thirty-four minutes long, the band finds a sweet spot of not overstaying their welcome but loading up each song with sonic gold nuggets that demand multiple listens.
