Kay is a founding member and vocalist of Letters To Cleo. She has appeared in several movies, released solo albums and written music for several children's television shows, including Doc McStuffins. She is co-executive director along with Michelle Lewis of Songwriters Of North America (SONA), a non-profit that advocates for the protection of songs and songwriters in the digital music marketplace.
