Stone Temple Pilots - Perdida
To call Perdida an all-acoustic album does it a disservice. This band isn't just unplugging their electric guitars and basses ...

Sunny Day Real Estate - LP2
The DMO Union has spoken and we’ll be reviewing our second SDRE album in the next few weeks. Congratulations to Johnny Hooper for making another great suggestion.
LP2 is a mysterious record in every way. From its unintelligible lyrics; its lack of artwork; its gut wrenching sonic dynamics; to the fact that the band broke up even before its release...this album has remained in my constant rotation for all of its existence....and it continues to cast a spell over me! The same can not be said for Diary! - Johnny Hooper, DMO Union
LP2 gets my vote... for the amazing William Goldsmith drumming alone! Wonderful band and album. - Davy Bright, DMO Union
Am I the only one that thinks 'How if Feels to Be Something On' is superior to the first two Sunny Day Real Estate albums? - Patrick Testa, DMO Union

Do you know a lost or forgotten 90s album we should review on the podcast?
🎙 From the podcast archive
Sunny Day Real Estate - Diary
One of the most influential albums of the 1990s, Diary. Credited as a primary instigator of what would later be known as emo.
Cornershop - Woman’s Gotta Have It
The album shifts between rhythm-driven “Hindi Pop” and jarring, dissonant indie guitar rock.
The Tragically Hip - Trouble at the Henhouse
Positioned between successfully selling albums, The Tragically Hip's moody and sparse 1996 release deserves a deeper listen.
Britpop in the 90s - Roundtable discussion
What was and is Britpop? We're not sure, so we're hosting a roundtable to try to figure out the sounds, bands, legacy and more
Talk Show - Talk Show
Attempting to fill the hole left by Weiland’s drug problems in 1996, the DeLeo brothers and drummer Eric Kretz recruit Dave Coutts.
